Your safety and well-being are among our priorities. It is important to us to offer you a free, respectful and caring party space where you feel comfortable being who you are, without any distinction.
This is why we have been offering and supporting an internal prevention system since 2019, designed to address issues related to risk reduction and multiple oppressions/aggressions.
This internal prevention system includes:

Training and awareness of our staff;

The presence of a person responsible for prevention on site during all our events, ready to intervene if you encounter a problem;

The creation of charters intended for our audiences and our teams;

Provision of prevention equipment (internal and external condoms, roll your straw, earplugs, breathalyzers, tampons, etc.);

The establishment of an emergency number which directly contacts the person responsible for prevention;

Raising awareness among our audiences on social networks;

Transmission of an oral message of prevention at the reception of events
Before venturing to Le Chapiteau, we ask you to read our public charter to guarantee a caring and secure space for everyone.
In case of problem
During an event, if a person or situation bothers you or makes you uncomfortable, do not hesitate to contact the person responsible for prevention, located at the ticket office.
